Overseas warehouse shipping schedule and policy for upgrade packages:
- EU warehouse: Estimated shipping starts in January 2026
- US warehouse: Estimated shipping starts in January 2026
- If you need the package shipped from the China warehouse, a shipping fee of $50 will apply. You can select “Ship from China Warehouse” in the registration form, and the ARTILLERY Service Center will email you the payment method for the shipping fee.
- Second-hand machines are not eligible for the free upgrade kit; an additional fee will be required.
