What are Cookies?
When you visit our services, our servers send small text files (known as "Cookies") to your computer or device. These files are stored in your browser and are subsequently sent back to our servers so that we can provide you with relevant contextual content. Without cookies, using the web would be a much more frustrating experience.
Why do we use Cookies?
At Artillery, we use cookies to support your activities on our website—for example, managing your session (so you don't have to log in repeatedly), remembering your 3D printer settings in a configurator, or maintaining your shopping cart. Cookies also help us understand your preferences based on previous or current site activity (such as pages visited), your language, and your country, which enables us to provide you with improved services. Furthermore, we use cookies to compile aggregate data about site traffic and site interaction so that we can offer better site experiences and tools in the future.

Below is an overview of the cookies that may be stored on your device when you visit our website:
1. Essential Cookies (Session & Security)
These cookies are strictly necessary to provide you with services available through our website and to use some of its features.
Purpose: Authenticating users, protecting user data, and enabling core functionality such as the shopping cart, secure checkout, and file downloads (e.g., firmware updates or slicing profiles).
Requirement: If you refuse or ignore these cookies, the website will not function properly.
2. Preference Cookies (Interaction History)
These cookies are used to enhance the performance and functionality of our website but are non-essential to its use.
Purpose: They collect information about how you interact with our site, remembering your preferred language, region, or customized settings for our 3D printing tools.
Requirement: If you refuse these cookies, we may be unable to provide you with the optimal personalized experience, though the website will remain functional.
3. Analytics Cookies
These cookies help us understand how our website is being used to help us improve your experience.
Purpose: We use tools like Google Analytics to see which pages are most popular and how visitors move around the site. This helps us optimize our 3D printing resource library and product pages.
Requirement: The website will continue to function normally even if you reject these cookies.
4. Advertising & Marketing Cookies (Optional)
These cookies are used to make advertising messages more relevant to you and your interests in 3D printing technology.
Purpose: They prevent the same ad from continuously reappearing, ensure that ads are properly displayed for advertisers, and in some cases, select advertisements that are based on your interests (e.g., showing you the latest Artillery Sidewinder or Genius series updates).
Note: Certain third-party services may install additional cookies on your browser to identify you.
How Can You Control Cookies?
You have the right to decide whether to accept or reject cookies.
Browser Settings: You can set or amend your web browser controls to accept or refuse cookies. As the means by which you can refuse cookies through your web browser controls vary from browser to browser, you should visit your browser's help menu for more information.
